This past Sunday, January 29th, the West Salem Jazz Band performed at the Heider Center. It is their first concert of 2022-2023, and the jazz band performed various songs, including Blue Bossa, Tastes Like Chicken, and Feeling Good. “I enjoyed all the music we played and had a fun time while doing it,” says freshman Joseph Troendle, who plays trombone for both jazz bands. Their next show will be in March. A specific date is to be announced.
