This year, Le Coulee Cheese Castle generously helped make our Neshonoc yearbook possible through their Orange Level sponsorship.
Le Coulee Cheese Castle is an ice cream shop located at 112 South Leonard Street in West Salem. They have been in West Salem since 1981 with the previous owners, Duane and Mary Lou Pfaff. They sold it to Nick Miller in 2003, and he has been the owner ever since.
Many of the students here in West Salem School District know Nick by name and go there daily. When asked what his motives for sponsoring the Yearbook were Miller says, “I always try to every year, just because I think its good to support the school district and school activities.” Miller’s sponsorship helps with many things, such as keeping the price of the yearbook lower for students, helping staff acquire technology upgrades, and much more.
The Yearbook Staff and students would like to thank you Nick Miller and the LeCoulee Cheese Castle for you support. We highly encourage everyone to go see the amazing business.
