The West Salem Media team is proud to recognize the West Salem American Legion Berg-Hemker-Olson Post 51 as an orange level sponsor for our student publications: The Neshonoc Yearbook and Panther Prowler student newspaper.
The West Salem American Legion is located at 148 South Leonard Street and has been serving veterans and their families since 1918. They provide various food opportunities each month including family meals, fundraiser meals, and banquets. They also sponsor community baseball and softball teams. It is only because of the support of our generous community that we are able to produce a high-quality yearbook at the lowest possible cost for students. In fact, the 2025 Neshonoc earned gold-medal distinction for Yearbook Excellence from Jostens.
