Tuesday, May 10th, the boys baseball team took on Viroqua in a conference match-up. This is the second time these two teams have faced off against each other. Coming into the game with some confidence in them, the boys put 3 runs on the board going into the bottom of the 1st. Not giving up any runs the game continued into the 2nd inning. Right Fielder Isaac Olson hits one in between the outfielder, two runners were able to score off of his hit. The boys were able to hit the gaps and get 6 more runs across the plate.

The game continued into the third where the boys gave up one run, but quickly recovered and got out of the inning. The top of the 4th inning brought in two more runs for the Panthers. That was the end of their scoring for the game, Viroqua got a few more runs but not enough to come back for the win. The Panthers take the game with a score of 11-4.

Their next game is away, on Thursday, May 12th, against Black River Falls. This is a double header with the first game starting at 4:00 and the second to follow.
