Link Crew is a fun and interactive way to introduce the freshman into the high school. Any student grades 10-12 can help out by becoming link crew leaders. Those who volunteer meet a few days beforehand to prepare and then go to the school forest. The freshman get to do numerous activities out in the forest.

This year, there were over 30 student volunteers to help guide the freshmen class through their first day of school. Mrs. Haas and Mr. Olson are in charge of the crew. Junior Emily Fell says, “Link Crew is a great way to help freshmen learn about being in high school and being comfortable in where their classes are.” The main goal of Link Crew is to show the freshman around and partake in trusting activities to bond together as a homeroom.
