Gingersnaps are gingerbread men’s easier younger brother, with the same general taste without all the hassle of making and decorating the “men” part. They’re soft chewy cookies with a crispy outside that have an addicting “spicy” flavor from adding cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. The ginger flavor is impossible to separate from the holidays and you hardly ever see these outside of holiday parties.

Finally, to no one’s surprise, frosted cutout cookies. These cookies embody the Christmas spirit and are almost impossible to mess up. A classic cookie with the bonus of frosting these light buttery treats are everyone’s favorite.
