Le Coulee Cheese Castle is a charming specialty shop offering over 50 varieties of Wisconsin cheese, local sausages, and gifts. They’re loacted at 112 Leonard St S, West Salem, WI 54669. Monday-Friday they’re open from 9:00am-5:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am-3:00pm, and closed Sundays.
It is only because of the support of our generous community that we are able to produce high-quality yearbook at the lowest possible cost for students. In fact, the 2025 Neshonoc earned gold-medal distinction for Yearbook Excellence from Jostens.
